PayCo

The disabled individuals, with whom I work, have been assigned these cards as Payco is their payee. The cards suck. The disabled clients never know if and when a card will be declined at a store. Often you cant use them to buy things online because the cards wont work. So no buying groceries from Kroger online, or Amazon, or Bob Evans, or Kohls, etc. Many of these disabled individuals cannot get out to do their own shopping. The Payco card makes things that much more difficult. And please dont assume the individuals have no money; they have plenty of money available. (Let me add you have to go online to check the balance; you cannot just call them or even use your phone to go to the website to check a balance. You are not able to use your phone.) Also, when the account manager is called he says I dont know why and thats as far as it goes. If my loved one had a Payco card I would quickly cancel it and find another service. Payco cards are incredibly inconvenient and awful. !

Been calling and left voicemail and haven't got a call back yet and uncle can't even get his money from them and he on his last days of living . Just so terrible and so inconvenient .when trying get stuff in order Noone calls back or answer and can't even get your funds from them
