LV Nails

I am very disappointed in the service I received, I have been here before and it was a wonderful experience. I have oily nails and have been advised by other experienced nail technicians the best process for my nails to last. I informed the technician today of this process and she began arguing with me and refused to consider this as an option. She begrudgingly did a portion of my suggestion in order for my nails to last longer than a week (which is what happens when I dont ask for this process). I do not normally write reviews, but this left me feeling frustrated and proud of myself to advocate for my own needs. Needless to say, I wont be coming back. I encourage you take this as a learning opportunity when you have clients make suggestions, you offer a space to hear them verses becoming defensive and argumentative.

Best place to get a dip manicure and gel pedicure in Columbus! Rick and Krista are consistent, meticulous, and always do a great job. Highly recommend and I will always come back!

This was my first time at this location. I went at a perfect time. There was no wait or No appointment needed. The young lady did an amazing job on my gel pedicure. She asked my preference every step of the way! Thank you for providing great customer service.
