ZERO STARS. CAME IN TODAY AND THEY WERE ALL VERY RUDE. WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS. I simply asked for my old acrylic to be removed and replaced with a full set. However one of my nails is damaged from childhood but Ive never had an issue with it ever when getting acrylic nails but today I had to ask the guy to not be as rough when removing from that nail and maybe just soak it in acetone instead but he didnt care, none of them did they just looked at me and rolled their eyes, not a language barrier because the white lady pretended to have an attitude too. By the time he gave in and went to set up the soaking station, I decided to leave. GROSS PEOPLE. STAY AWAY.

Michelle is the best nail tech I have ever been to and I love her nail art. I always let her choose what design, color and encapsulation she wants to do and I always leave super happy with her choices. Michelle is also a sweet heart, she is very polite, respectful, honest and her prices are good.
