My first time here and I had a long wait time before receiving services. She rushed through my balance because another customer was waiting and when she was done I had lumps and the shaping of my nails was uneven. Never again.

So at first I initially just left a star and no comment. But now that I see the lies I have to speak up. Thank you Raven for your response but I was not banned I kindly told you I was not coming back after you displayed being unprofessional by trying to argue with me. And I really wasn't coming back after you tried to charge my card on style seat and request money on my cash app for services that were not rendered.I don't know what's wrong with you that you think you're the only nail tech in Columbus and that people are that desperate to come back to a business where the owner is unprofessional, smokes weed in between customers, has been late to appointments her self and had customers standing outside, and tore up my hands and toes with your permanent gel filler. I had been going to this establishment for years and if I was all of the things in this owners response then I wouldn't have been a customer for so long. Had I been paying attention to the crack going up as well fungus growing under my right thumb and my left toe under the acrylic applied I would've been cut ties but when I questioned Ms. Raven she claimed everything was fine. That's what I get for trusting a black business. And f.y.i. Google reviews are permanent and I don't lie about my experiences so I am reputable. Don't believe the hype there's other places that are better. Try BreeAna on style seat at Total Beauty and spa. She will take care of you and offers other services such as brows etc. Thank you and have a wonderful day :)
