Copley's Moving

Called 2 weeks ahead. They showed up at scheduled time. Hit the ground running. Filled a 26ft truck and only took a 10 min break. These guys are the best. Forget the Rest go with the best. Oh yeah. They did it for 2 days straight. Thank you Copley Moving. If I ever need another mover I will definitely call Copley.

I set up my moving with Copleys ad was excited to help a local business. About 30 minutes before they were to show up for my move, they called to say they werent coming. Their solution was to squeeze me in the next day - which was not convenient for me. The daughter of the owner called back and went on to explain that squeezing me in (for the NEXT DAY) was screwing her over because she had something to to the next day. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no discount or anything even offered to me for delaying my move. I would recommend to anyone to NOT use this company. Extremely unprofessional and clearly not dependable. Service: Local moving

I feel like this company probably used to be great based on past reviews l, but unfortunately service seems to have drastically declined. NEVER, I repeat, NEVER attempt to use Copley's Moving Company in Columbus, Ohio 43204. They canceled 30 minutes before they were supposed to show up on MOVING DAY! Extremely unprofessional. They told my friend that "squeezing her in" for the next day was actually "screwing them over". Since they were so insistent on telling her that their business is by "word of mouth," I thought it was extremely important to use my "word of mouth" to let everyone know that they are unprofessional.  Unbelievable!  NEVER recommend using them. It's extremely important to get the word out in a "word of mouth" business in today's society!
