Developers Mortgage did a wonderful job through the loan transaction progress. They are very organized and don't repeatedly ask for documents that have already been sent. As there are other mortgage lenders who do this and it can become annoying but Developers doesn't do this. As a Realtor, I have a lot of experience with different mortgage lenders. The ones that do a fantastic job, as in Developers, truly stand out. Diana is very kind, smart, organized, and helpful. We are very pleased with their service.

I worked with Developer's Mortgage from March to June thinking I was pre-approved. I gave them every document requested and gave explanations for everything requested. I got as far as getting settlement documents signed before closing. AFTER signing settlement acknowledgement and days after closing was scheduled they told me I was not approved for a loan due to a tax lien. I never understood how I had settlement documents to sign prior to full approval or how they could work with me that long and not  address the tax lien sooner. It was a waste of time. In addition my loan officer stopped returning phone calls and text messages. This was the most horrible and unprofessional experience I've ever had. I sold real estate at one time and none of my clients ever had an experience like this with a lender!
