Time and time again a representative of this entity has been notified of the continual low quality of care, civil and patient right violations of Southeast Mental Health inclusive of denial of access to healthcare services (specific to non discrimination with respect to Telehealth Services which has in fact been clearly outlined by HHS and DOJ for persons with disabilities), near medication errors specific to antipsychotic medications, billing for services not provided, non address of unmet social determinants of patients and more. This entity contact has ignored recent email outreaches of notices of continued deliberate and intentional discriminatory behaviors of a provider and his nurse. This agency has awareness of many reports of facility wrongdoing and ill acts toward those with mental health diagnosis and they ignore and do not intervene and/or advocate for those in this vulnerable population and this is unacceptable and there is need for public notice- obviously. Southeast Mental Health is currently denying a disabled man access to the Telehealth services it offers mandating he report in person. The care at Southeast Mental Health is not patient centric and the health and wellness of consumers is not being optimized. Each participant in these behaviors are in violation of their licensing board codes of conduct and ethics as each has been negligent to his/duty to cause no harm, advocate for patients and uphold their individual human, civil and patient rights. Once this is posted is when someone will pretend they have interest or care knowing I have sent multiple emails to a specific person in which she is ignoring. I will redact and sensitive information and post on site for further exposure of wrong doing if the poor behaviors do not cease immediately. Im sick of people mistreated those with mental health diagnoses as if they are not human beings entitled to the same rights as anyone else. This is going to stop now!

Every time I call the office is closed. This is various hours of the day. Website says open 8-5 M-F. I just tried like 5 MINUTES ago and 2 other times today office closed is what I got So I give up on trying any more.

We need to file complaint on behave of all people WHO DIDN'T HELP by this agency and all people who are discriminating against people with disabilities, as their lying and non-professional behaivior. Class action suit is in order!!!!!! Discusting!!!!!! Client's advocate is a joke. He is grosly underworked for his salary and benefits that are reciving grants from Federal Government.

October Update- This entity has full awareness of wrong doing at Southeast. Ms. K Tannely has been contacted on several occasions (email and phone) and as recent as this month regarding med errors, bias and potential fraud at Southeast. What is the ADAMH BOARD doing about it Update: Who is Margaret Hittie at Southeast Mental Health? After my son has been a patient since February she just now calls and says he is on some TEAM? We have never heard of or from this woman. Now she has informed teleconference with video is not available as an appt option to a patient who reported feeling ill with possible COVID? Side effect of seizure post taking a medication were reported to Nicole Schmidt NP a month ago and no replacement medication has been prescribed. Report of depression has been made and Maragaret Hittie writes in email Bernadette can pick up the patient and bring him to an appointment? Who are these people and who is overseeing them? Is it this board? The patient has never met or talked to BERNADETTE but Margaret Hittie believes a mentally ill patient with anger and anxiety issues would get in a vehicle with a stranger. Do these people not understand mental health? Forcing a patient with mental illness to ride with an unknown will be a trigger. These people have not reached out to the patient and he has no idea who they are. The services advertised are teleconference and video but this option is not available to this patient? Strange Intervention is needed! Why is noone answering the phone at SOUTHEAST MENTAL HEALTH RECEPTIONIST LINE and the voicemail is full? Who is overseeing this place? Nicole Schmidt has not called in medications for my son and had nerve to lie as of the case manager did not update her on my son having seizures. This place is low quality and does not have quality at the forefront of mind.
