They set me up with an appointment that was a month away,but only gave me 10 days of meds,then said i have to get more by going to that appointment... They refuse to help me at all now

Honestly I am one of the lucky ones and had a good experience here. I was never alone during the check in process besides like a 2-3 minutes at a time, so no long waiting time to make me anxious. Everyone was very nice and understanding. They offered to wash my clothes and to give me a meal even though it was 2am even take a shower. They said more than once YOU ARE FREE TO LEAVE ANY TIME so no I was not trapped there. They offered me the remote to watch whatever I wanted on Hulu in the main area. There were books and coloring supplies readily available in the main area. I was able to use the phone even at 2am and any time I asked. The only couple minor issues I have is the staff is VERY LOUD at night so its hard to sleep and they didnt offer me breakfast even though they did give me 2 bags of chips when I asked for a snack in the morning. They called an uber to pick up my boyfriend so he could come get my car. I honestly had a great experience. I was out of there by 9:15am. Good staff from my experience. I say Good luck to you if you come here. From what it sounds like its the luck of the draw.

I'm not sure where to start. From the moment I arrived at CSU everyone was sooooo.... kind. The best facility in Columbusfor mental health care. These folks operate from the heart, not from a position of greed. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU NETCARE FAMILY!!!!!!!!

This place saved my life. Got me into treatment for heroin addiction in May 2015. I now have 6 months clean and i can enjoy the little things in life. If you are struggling with addiction or mental health issues get help its hard but if u really want to change you can. Edit 11/2023- I now have over 8 YEARS
