    Update 3/30 I noticed fedex pulled up drop off a box it had the AirFit N30i starter pack. Kinda odd Snap Resupply App didn't have a tracking number showing until package showed up. If Good Night Medical would have been more up front with me from the start. I would have been more understanding and they would have stay bring my cpap supplier. ------------------------------------------------------------- 3/29 - I was able to get hold of my doctor to send it to another supplier since Good Night Medical was giving me run around. I called Good Night Medical back cancel my order. -------------------------------------------------------- 3/25 - To start off I dont normally write reviews yet I dont want anyone else to get trap by Good Night Medical - My doctor order me a AirFit N30i replacement mask back on March 8th. I call them on March 9th just confirm they received the request. I end up talking 3 people in many of the departments no one had any record finally someone told me that it may take up to a couple days for them to get my information. I also called my doctor back make sure everything was sent over to Good Night Medical on my Insurance and all the other info to get my order filled by fax. My doctor office said Good Night Medical got everything they would need. I waited until March 14th then called Good Night Medical talk to someone in order department. They verify with me over the phone everything that I needed 6 pillows Airfit N30i Medium and 1 Airfit N30i Complete Mask Medium. I filled out my info on Snap Resupply app. Then got email on 18th saying my order is bring processed. I called Good Night Medical on Monday 20th to find status since I wasn't seeing any further info on the Snap Resupply App. Order Process Department told me my other went out on March 18th and I should receive my order in next few days. I ask them to please update Snap Resupply App with tracking number so I can track it. On Wednesday March 22nd I noticed still no update on the Snap Resupply App with tracking number so I called Good Night Medical Order Process Department once more they said I should receive my order later in week or early next week at latest. They also checked warehouse nothing going to stop them from filling my order all supply is in. While I was waiting thought driving 2 hrs to where the werehouse is yet see on other reviews that doesnt work. So I wait until today check Snap Resupply App still no tracking number then called Good Night Medical once more the Order Process Department they saying pillow part of mask was place on back order. At that point I was frustrated told them all the steps and all calls Ive done and hearing different things everytime I call. I just want them to get story straight. I told lady at Good Night Medical I question if I should order anymore from them and thought canceling my order at this point and ordering everything myself then paying out pocket. She said she will put in the request send asap order what they have. I've called my doctor back left message to findout what is my options. Once order show up at my address I may not even open the box and just send it back at this point. Sorry Good Night Medical you failed.
