I have always had a great experience at The Little Clinic everytime I go here. I was just in today and the service was as great as ever. The staff is caring and give amazing customer service. I highly recommend coming here for any needs you may have. I saw Qiana Hayden today who is an APRN and she was wonderful. I felt like she trully cared about my well being and actively listened to my concerns. I give 5 stars and recommend anyone to come here for care.

I went to the pharmacy to simply get a flu shot. It was my third time. They don't do flu shots after 7 pm for some reason. And they close for lunch between 1-1:30. I decided to make an appointment for 6:45, but I didn't hit the continue button. So I can't really blame them. But it would have been too late after waiting in line. So it's difficult now because of their hours. You need an appointment and be sure you get email confirmation and arrive early. I was asked to go to the Little Clinic. It was a hassle because I had to enter all my information. The nurse practitioner wasn't very nice probably because I was irritated that I had to go to them.

Please do not go to this Clinic. They have nurse practitioners there without any expertise. I took my kid on Friday for symptoms that they said that we're not going to get worse than what already was. Monday was totally a lie. Had no available appointments on Monday. Booked a appointment on Tuesday at 8:30 and 8:45. Showed up no one was there. The 5 minutes before that was required when we scheduled the appointment. Around 8:40 is when the lady at the front desk walked in. When my children were seeing I explained to the nurse practitioner that the test for taking on Friday they were negative and that I had the option to get antibiotics and I didn't because it was told to me that this was viral and it wasn't going to get worse than what it was. But now it is I want the antibiotics. The nurse practitioner Masuma stated that she didn't feel comfortable because she didn't see my child on Friday. I told her to look at the notes from Friday in the same Clinic. Hence I took them back. She then a suggested that I go take my kids to their primary physician. I told her we were here Friday we should have gotten a solution on Friday. Please do not take your kids here. Like if your kids are sick take him to an Urgent Care do not take them here. They lack expertise and knowledge. Parents who advocate for their children they will ignore you. Go somewhere that the ppl are knowledgeable with common sense.
