The Little Clinic

Yolanda and Ellen are WONDERFUL. My son was suffering from a very painful sore throat and both of them voiced care and concern when they saw how bad his tonsils looked. It was a sudden onset painful sore throat and it was SO nice that I was able to get my son in to see these nice ladies on the same morning when he woke up with the sore throat. They both were very very nice and diligent/thorough with testing and the exam. They were so friendly--the next time that he has a sore throat...we are coming back here. Thank you again for the great experience.

I went to this urgent care two days ago. I told the doctor that I could not hear. I had been sneezing and had a runny nose. Then two days later I could not hear. The doctor looked in my ears and said go to your family physician. I asked her for an antibiotic. She said no. She prescribed for me a spray decongestant. I then went to my family physician who said you have an ear infection in your right ear. She prescribed an antibiotic. The urgent care doctor should have known that I had an ear infection. I will not ever go back for help with any medical problems to this urgent care.

Out of all the locations Ive been to little clinic I have never been so rudely treated by NPs both women, short grey hair, and the other with short curly hair were down right unreasonable with me because I was 5 minutes late. No where in Kroger policies do they say they do not even have a grace period, of even 5 minutes. They literally attacked me verbally in front of other people that its my fault and would not even try to politely accommodate other options. They are located in one of the most trafficked spots in Columbus.. I went down the street to Morse road and had an entirely different experience. Avoid this location at all cost.

Came in for a Covid booster. Provided my insurance card and was told it was one they accept. Turns out that was not the case. Now I got a bill for $180, which I refuse to pay. Tried calling, but they NEVER answer the phone. Woulda checked with my insurance. But when a provider tells you they accept your insurance, I take them at their word. Didnt expect them to lie. Never again.

The woman at the front with short grey hair apparently used all her personality for the day flirting with the man in front of me because she didnt speak to me until I said hello and then proceeded to complain to me about her headache. She asked if I had an appointment and I said no and she rudely stated Im full. Perhaps go to another little clinic with nicer staff, or be a man.
