        First, I love the Senior Center as I had been the plans examiner for the building project. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. I was seen and interviewed by medical staff at 2 o'clock sharp. Dr. Steven Mills entered the exam room shortly thereafter. My physical was thorough, exchanges of life events for better understanding between doctor, medical support staff and patient was benefitting everyone. We did allow a full hour with the medical team, no waiting, rushing, or being hurried to exit the front door. Seniors often need a reduced tempo. Not having the feeling of being rushed is welcomed.
