        PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE ! This place is nasty and they cross contaminate . The Dentist is mean , if you have a problem , Shes not there to help , shes there to kick you out ! They dropped utensils on the floor and put it back on the tray and if i wouldnt have said anything they was going to use it in a patients mouth ! I will be contacting the Ohio dentistry board and BBB! Never coming here again !

        Im so disappointed with NCH my daughter has had a constant cough for 3 wks seen by her NCH primary care, NCH urgent care and NCH ER yesterday for them to just tell me its a cough just give her cough medicine no labs or X-rays where done at any visit. I called today to speak to a nurse at the northland primary care and the nurse stated there next available appt was Thursday or I can take her to urgent care I was like yea thats to far out the nurse dared to tell me it just a couple days out sooo I decided to take her else where and she was dx with bronchitis long story short my daughter will not be going there any more for sure!!!

        Extremely slow-paced facility. It doesnt matter if you show up for your appointment 15 minutes early or exactly on time, you wont be seen until at least 30 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time. Each time Ive taken my child here, weve been burden with extremely long wait times no matter how busy or empty the facility is. Extremely frustrating especially when your child isnt feeling well.
