        Manager towed my car at my apartment complex where IBM works out of and the tow resulted in damages to my rare Mercedes Benz E63s. Manager refuses to pay damages says its part of getting towed.. never heard that one before since legally in Ohio the person towing the vehicle is at fault. Towing company is saying the manager or IBM is responsible for the damages due to the tow truck driver declining to tow my car due to the value and level of difficulty to tow the vehicle out of a parking garage that I live in. I will be making an BBB report of the company and will take this further to have damages paid for. I will also update with manager name once he reveals it.
