Bravo! Italian Kitchen

My Husband and I went for dinner. We made reservations. We were sat fairly quickly after arriving at reservations time. I had lasagna and it did not disappoint. Our server was attentive. Wonderful service!! The only complaint I have is the host. I work in the restaurant industry and as a manager I wouldn't tolerate the attitudes. We were not greeted at arrival and completely ignored while standing at the host stand. I could understand if there was only one host but, there were three. Never one smile from one of them. You are at the front of the house and the first face seen. They acted as if the guests were burdens. Upon leaving we asked for a bag and the host never said a word! Not let me get that for you, nothing. My husband thanked her and not a word from her. Not have a nice day, thank you, Nothing. That is disappointing for the fact that the rest of the visit was nice. I feel that a greeter can make a difference just on the way to the table.

About us: A family with a 6 yo. We came to have lunch and it was very family friendly, very cute atmosphere and tasty food. Even the complimentary bread with olive oil is delicious. We got the white peach sangria and it was great. The Chicken Parmesan is done exactly as it should be. A rarity. Pasta wooze was also very tasty and a good portion. The kids cheese pizza was decent, and super large. Tiramisu was fabulous and huge. Good for three regular and 2 still hungry people. And, of course, get an Italian expresso and be happy the rest of your day.
