Terrible. Web Force has been notified of internet problems within a house of 70 students multiple times over the course of nearly a year. Every time they have attempted a remote fix or managed a technician to come to the service area, much past the date of service request, the problem persists or comes back within a week of their “solutionâ€. Students that rely on remote schoolwork access cannot do so in multiple parts of their congregate house setting. Web force is on contract with this off campus housing and has been abysmal with customer service or providing a solution even after being contacted strongly by managers of the off campus organization. Technicians were nice when they were able to work on location, but did not provide a full solution to our problems. For this reason, Web Force is notorious to the residents of this house and to other organizations as an unreliable ISP or network manager. Connection consistently drops to multiple devices and is below 3mbps in multiple parts of the house, if you are lucky enough to get connected. Good luck.

We moved from California to Ohio. We connected with web force to do our Internet at our office. Installation was painful, as it took three tries for them to get a technician to our office that actually understood what they were there to do. You don’t get any type of bill with usage amounts etc. nor a breakdown of your charges. When we had technical problems we never received good customer service on any of them. We paid extra for five IP addresses, the IP addresses they had on their list did not match the IP addresses that we were actually using, which were given to us by the technician. They were never able, even when we told them the Correct IP addresses, to get them right and would repeatedly call us when IP addresses were down that did not match ours. In order to pay online for the first 9 or 10 months I received a QuickBooks invoice. Then they changed and billing had to be by check sent to Cincinnati. We decided to change because we we’re unhappy with the level of service from this company. They told us to bring the equipment back to an address at Dilmont Dr. in Columbus. Their hours listed online say they’re open until 6 PM. When we arrived at 1:06 in the afternoon no one was there and the office was closed. After making several phone calls we were unable to even get a person on the phone to tell us where we could leave the equipment. We do not recommend this company to anyone. They are too much trouble and not enough customer service.
