California Closets - Columbus

When I initiated a consultation with Lydia at California Closets to consider the installation of a Murphy Bed & Office space for my bonus room, Lydia came to my home reviewed my plan, took measurements, made design suggestions and went to work on it. Her design & CAD skills were amazing. I met with her at their offices to look at a rendering of what the room would like & pick out color schemes, etc. When install day arrived, the install team was wonderful, such professional craftsmen, worked for almost 10 hours straight. Their attention to detail was like a lost art in todays world right down to the cleanup at the end. I highly recommend California Closets if youre seeking great ideas & perfection in design, materials, craftsmanship & installation!!

I typically do not give bad reviews, but this is just irritating. My experience was I have finally found a company that offers the different types of designs and materials that I was looking for to build my closet. After searching several different businesses multiple businesses referred me to this company letting me know that I will be able to do a DIY project. (Now the other companies did not offer the different types of designs and materials). I arrived and was shoot away, because I was too that the only way I can use their material in design is if I have them do the installation versus me doing a DIY project that I was really looking forward to do. This is extremely frustrating when you're looking to build a closet or any other type of projects and you find a company that offers the things that you need but they will not allow you to purchase materials unless they do the work. And lastly they don't allow you to purchase straight from the manufacturer or give that type of information out for some reason. And last but not least, they kept referring to IKEA which allow you to do DIY but there is a huge quality difference from the materials at California closets and IKEA.

California Closets (Columbus) transformed our MB Closet into our Dream Closet. Our Design Consultant (Lydia) was outstanding in her service and follow-up; and became a new friend. Perfectly read our desires and brought it to life in a well organized closet we will enjoy for many years. Our Installer was expert in his workmanship. We will.be calling California Closets (and Lydia) back for our next project. We highly recommend giving them a call for your project as well. Thank you CC and Lydia for being the best.

Great experience! Sheila designed our pantry and Myron was the installer. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable and we love the finished product! Highly recommend!
