    I would give less than 1 star for this company. I had a storm claim due to which I had leakage all over my house and Garaz door.. After a lot of back and forth they did finally cover the roof and repalced it (with 2800 deductible offcoursde). My Garaze door was also messed up as the water had sipped through the side panels on the outer wall making it come off, which made it not to close properly.. The Gutters came off due to the storm and was rattling all over. They did not want to cover the Gutter and the Garaz Door issue initially and after I told them I would not sign the satisfaction completion certificate and would cancel my insurance with them with a lady named Jasmine. she told me that they were going to cover it after all. And after 2 months they come back again saying they are not going to cover it. Sometimes they say they did not get the pictures and what not. The adjuster and inspector that came in did verify that the damages were due to the storm and have told them multiple times. I am waiting on the outcome of another round of looking into this whole mess (its been over 6 months now!). If they do not cover it I will cancell their insurance. BTW they are charging me 2500+ hundred per year or so for home Insurance insurance when I can get it for less than 1100 for the same coverage with a reputed company. Auto insurance is almost 2200 or something for 6 months which I can get it for around 800 bucks easy (just 1 car as Comp/Collision). I only stuck with them because they did seem finaly to cover my losses and I wanted to show some loyalty inspite of the high premium.

    Update: After the 80% increase on my auto rates a few months ago(see below)...my home owners insurance is now going up 65%! $1285 to $2122. I'm in my 40s with 1 speeding ticket and 1 auto claim in my entire life. Both happened over 15 years ago and I have never had a claim on my home. I've already found way better rates elsewhere, do not use Branch! I do not recommend this company. I was given a competitive bundle rate back in May but just was given an 80% increase on my auto insurance just prior to my renewal period. Their reason was increasing replacement/repair cost. Inflation in 2022 was 8% and according to the CPI car repair costs over the last year are up 17%...give or take. Not 80%! The increases are not justified and I will be leaving as soon as my home insurance contract is up.

    What they do is quote you a good price then double it come renewal time. And they auto renewal for you in hopes you won't catch it so they can rip you off as long as possible before you catch on and cancel. Ridiculous company!

    I had previously been with Branch for my auto and homeowner insurance needs for several years and was one of many new customers when Branch started its insurance services business. Unfortunately after approximately my 4th year I got sucked into a marketing scheme from American Family Insurance however and after approximately 6 months of leaving Branch I became very dissatisfied with their services especially after being promised lower premiums not to mention they don't have nor provide Roadside Assistance services with their auto insurance policies and after discovering that I had to purchase a Roadside Assistance from AAA at an addional yearly cost. So much for saving any $$$ with AmFam insurance. Fortunately after leaving Branch for approximately 6 months or so, I called Branch and they still had my old Auto and Home insurance policies on record but I had to go through the reinstatement process and because when I joined Branch years ago all I had to do was pay the first month's payments up front but now given their new process when you rejoin I or are a new customer I had to make a down payment of over $500.00 plus but I had no issues with doing so and i love their "No Stress" program where they will even notify your current insurance provider and no involvement on part was required other than giving Branch the name of your current insurance provider and your policy number(s) to switchback. Lesson learned though....I'm never leaving Branch Insurance ever again and I feel like I'm back home again with family being with Branch!
