Tim and the guys at Comfort Crew installed our AC last fall and we had a great experience with them. I received 12 quotes and ended up going with Comfort Crew because they had the best product and value.

Used Comfort Crew as a second opinion after the first company told me I needed a new furnace. Appreciate their quick response time, honesty and integrity in troubleshooting my issue. They were able to solve the issue without the need of a new furnace.

Comfort Crew Heating & Cooling is by far hands down BEST HVAC company for your total heating and cooling needs! I was serviced by technician Mike Yorde and he was absolutely amazing by explaining the issue in laymen's term for better understanding of the situation at hand and made sure that the service and costs were undeniably affordable. He came out, diagnosed the problem and corrected it in superb time, leaving my house warm for the family's comfort and the worksite very clean upon his exiting my residence. I could go on and on about Mike's professionalism and knowledge of his job. I give this company and employees twenty thumbs up , the BEST in the MIDWEST!!!

this is the most reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced HVAC business in central Columbus. Last night, our heat went out. We have two toddlers, and with the negative temps we were freezing. My husband called comfort crew heating and cooling, and Tim had someone out within the hour that not only fixed our furnace to get it up and running, but didn't break the bank! Thankful to have found this company. Will keep them for all of our future heating and cooling needs.
