      image This was our first time to Columbus. We decided to travel here from Indiana for our spring break. The omelet station alone is worth staying here. We enjoyed it every morning. The reception hour is a nice perk we played spades while enjoying our drinks. Our suite was comfortable, we had two adults and three children and was able to enjoy our own space within the room. We were assuming the airplanes would keep us up, they did NOT. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars in service was because of the lack of water. We hung out all day then came to the hotel to swim for two hours. We got up to our room thinking wed at least have a bottle or two complimentary and we did not. We let the ice melt and was able to get through until the next day. We ended up going to the grocery store and getting a case. Found out later they have small water available for purchase. We gave water to other families. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.

      image The spacious and comfortable rooms are far better than most hotels I've stayed in. Excellent breakfast with nice dining areas. Please tip the ladies that keep the food fresh and eating area clean - they are wonderful.
      The only negative remark I have is that I chose this location because pictures show a hot tub in the pool area. I was really looking forward to relaxing there in the evenings. It's been sealed over and no longer in use.

      image The employees I interacted with did not have a professional attitude. Customer service was sub-par and the hotel smelled of vomit. I took this photo while I waited for the elevator (holding my breath).
