i shouldve read the reviews before i booked but i didnt :/ the lady at the front desk was super nice! everything else was kinda awful. like the reviews say- its dirty. we got the wrong room first go around and honestly thank god it was the wrong one. we walked in and the tv was on and it felt like someone had just taken a shower, there was part of a piece of pizza hardened and stuck to the carpet and a big sticky spot that my shoe stuck to when i accidentally stepped on it. we got the right room and that one was definitely better but still not great. tbh just go to a dif hotel :/

the service was not friendly, the TV was broken and the staff did not respond to it, the internet was very poor, I do not recommend it!

If u want a place where the AC doesn't work, charging out lights don't work, looks dirty, horrendous potholes, a rude general manager Mr. Gains... This is the place your looking for... If u don't want those things go literally anywhere else. Like the Comfort Inn nearby. Rooms: They had no working outlets but they left the clock where they removed the outlet :). Also the night will get chill with no ac. Noteworthy details: The general manager Gains is a rude guy.

Cheap! That goes for all of it. Didn't get room service at all, I was there 3 nights. The room didn't even look like it was cleaned before I arrived, except bed was made and the normal folded towels. I took pictures when I arrived. Pizza cause on floor and on the side of the bed. You can tell it was there after bed was made.

We stayed for a week and a half. For one, you can't get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel; it goes to voice mail and says their voice mail is full. (I've tried numerous times before and after our stay.) The first day, the light was out in the bathroom. It looked like there was blood on the toilet seat. The bathroom mirror had water spots all over it. The pillow cases were all wrinkly. The microwave oven didn't have a turntable. There was a bar sticking out from the frame of the bed that I hit, causing a gash in my leg. Forget trying to get on Wi-Fi. The TV remote didn't have a battery cover, and the batteries were almost dead, making it hard to work the TV, and they didn't have any replacement batteries. Even though we told them they didn't need to make the beds, no one got the trash the whole time. They only have two luggage carriers for the whole hotel and they couldn't find one for when we checked out. There is no handicapped access. (There's one door about the middle of the hotel with a ramp, but you can't get in; you can only get out. Therefore, you have to have someone go in the front door at the front of the hotel and down the hall to the door to let someone in if they have a stroller or wheelchair. There are steps in the lobby. There was also a car always parked in front of the ramp at that door.) On top of all this, it looks like they charged us almost $300 for an extra night, even though we left that morning. I'm having a hard time getting this rectified. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT staying at this hotel.
