        One of my go to places when I stay in Columbus. I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years.

        This place was terrible. Shredded curtains, tattered furniture, smoking in the air and its supposed to be a non-smoking facility. Language barriers so bad you could not communicate with staff. Called down at night and Mr. Ram could not assist as he couldnt speak English so we could not get what we needed addressed. Would Never recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast food poor. No Manager on staff the whole time we were there. Only kudos I have is to a front desk clerk named Thelma. She was super nice And helpful. Owners do nothing to update the hotel for the price it cost. We ran out of toilet paper and it was a major task to get more. Someone pulled the fire alarm during the night and it was unorganized chaos. Smoking and marijuana smoke was smelt throughout this supposed non-smoking hotel and nothing was done about it even though it was reported.
