I love working for such an incredible company. My coworkers are like family, my boss genuinely cares, and the company has great passion for changing the lives of our patients AND the health system through medical management.

Deb Ault, RN gave me some awesome referral to an amazing ocular surgeon to help a client of ours with a most challenging tumor behind the eye. All turned out so well! The patient and her whole family are so grateful!

AIMM is a firm that I have great admiration and respect for. Their team of nurses and doctors ensure that the members of our self-funded health plans receive the highest quality and appropriate health care. I interact with their team on an a daily basis assisting the members of our clients navigate the healthcare system, and see firsthand how much the members appreciate having such a high touch service at the core of their health insurance plan.

HORRIBLE service by Aim-m. My Dr submitted a request for a shot in my back that aim-m has sat on for almost a week while Im in so much pain I cant do some of the basic tasks required for taking care of myself. When you call to ask what the delay is the person on the phone just repeats a word track until you shut up "federal guidelines allow us up to 15 days to review." In other words, there is nothing in the computer for the call taker to see and no progress whatsoever, so they just try to survive the phone call until you give up. I dont need surgery, a special treatment facility, or to go to another state for a specialist, I just need a shot they can do in house but aim-m would rather throw their hands in the air and say we dont have to do it yet. They also wont let you speak to a supervisor or anyone that can help make the decision. They also try to bury their bad reviews with employee reviews, which is just sad. I just want to be able to dress myself again. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Edit one to three stars: I got a call the next day with approval after asking several times to speak with a manager or someone that can make the decision, maybe thats what it takes. For anyone waiting try calling and escalating to another person. I would also recommend more training for the folks that answer the phone, just repeating the guideline that effectively says "we dont have to do it yet" makes a customer feel like you dont care about them at all, and were just another transaction. Im no genius but I can come up with some better word tracks in five min that would help you make your customers that are contacting you because of already difficult issues feel more at ease. Once the approval code was generated I had to go back and forth to get them in contact with my provider. Aim-m would only allow an "in-house' treatment, so instead of getting in a partner facility that can to it right away I have to wait until this provider can get me in, adding another week and a half to the pain and waiting. Overall a pretty disappointing experience, but at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel after I stepped in and provided motivation for folks to do their jobs.

The company I work for moved to Sisco benefits with AIMM for care management. Its too bad AIMM cannot help individuals in the west coast on confirming benefits or seeing a physician in the afternoon as they do not take calls outside 8-4ET and do not have coverage for those of us on the west coast. Lets hope people on this plan in the west coast do not get sick after 1PM or on a Saturday/Sunday. Needless to say, AIMM stated my provider was in network and upon arriving to the doctors office, I was turned away as the provider said they have never heard of Sisco or AIMM and could not call to confirm benefits as it was out of business hours for AIMM. Really hoping this company gets it together and staffs appropriately for the individuals they are attempting to service through this taboo plan.
