        Amy, the Manager here, is fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable about the transition state of my hair. Great cut! And her friendliness and customer service is warm and fun. Love her. Highly recommend.

        I wish there was a zero star option. Rude, rough, and painful, experience. I go there once a month or more I DID.. This store has gotten worse and worse every visit over the last year or so. I regret being patient and accepting lousy service in todays new normal Terrible haircut but my scalp and ears hurt SO bad I didnt care to have it fixed. Ill go to NorthPoint location tomorrow OR more than likely Sport Clips and spend the extra time and money. AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!
