I met with Andrew and Trae for Dynamic Stretch. They helped me stretch things that havent stretched in years. Then Patrick helped me put together a strength training program that addresses areas that would benefit from weight bearing without adding fluff to my program. So its streamlined leaving room to change up exercises to add interest but not requiring inordinate amounts of time. Thank you so much, yall are awesome and I look forward to seeing you while Im getting myself into better shape.

I really love this gym! Do I wish it were $50+ cheaper a month? I sure do lol But this gym really does have everything and the staff are so kind. It's clean, the other members are nice and the equipment + class offerings are really great. Plus the sauna, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and steam rooms seal the deal. Oh and the towels and shower products too! And free garage parking! great gym! (And right around the corner from trader Joe's!)

I love Lifetime Fitness. It's my go to place when I want to relaxis definitely worth the fees if you utilize it to your full benefit.
