This gym will erase any misconceptions you have about CrossFit. It's an extremely diverse and incredible group of positive people who all want to have fun and get moving. The trainers are incredible, motivating, and talented. If you want to feel encouraged, get active and healthier this is a great place to go. I started my first workout session with a broken toe (no joke) and the trainers modified every movement and workout for me. This gym has changed my life for the better and I'm forever grateful to Nicole (the owner). My husband and I now go together several times a week and have built great lasting friendships, and a more healthy lifestyle together. I love the community of athletes and trainers, its a great gym!

This gym has changed my life, from helping me learn to love my body and watch it grow stronger to pushing me mentally to places I've never been. The community at this gym helps me stay committed and dedicated as I always have someone in my corner. My favorite benefit of doing CrossFit at CFE is being able to throw my 10 year old nephew around and him being amazed that I am strong enough to do so! This is the gym for anyone curious about what kind of growth they can get mentally and physically.
