Your standard gym with free weights, squat racks, outdoor area and some cardio equipment. Does not have any amenities (sauna, massage etc.) so membership is pricey for what they actually offer. I also do NOT recommend this gym during the summer months as the facility does not have air conditioning. On the positive side the gym is never really that busy so you will have space to get to work.

I love the gym and the atmosphere. But theyre about 100 years stuck in the past, considering it was around that time that air conditioning was invented.
Yeah yeah I get that having the garage doors open on a 100 degree 90% humidity day and lifting some heavy weights is hardcore bro! But you know what is not hardcore? Passing out from heat stroke. Im sure Im not the only one who literally cannot exercise to my fullest capacity in this humidity and heat with no A/C. Ill keep coming here, cause I do love the vibes. But I cant believe how hot and disgusting it gets in here on a humid day. Every gym Ive ever been to has been sufficiently cooled when necessary. Id think somewhere that calls themself pro would do the same. Until I get fed up enough to switch gyms Ill keep sweating pounds of fluid off each time I come here and continue to whine about it.
