I went today to the Stephanie Spielman Cancer Center HOPE Boutique. Got fitted for a breast prosthesis and several mastectomy bras. I have relied on Ritz Son-Lima since 1986. However recent encounters with new owner at The Ritz were dismal - lack of or no communication and non delivery of products ordered. Today at The HOPE Boutique was such a joy. My Assistant was professional, compassionate and very patient and meticulous to ensure a good fit. I know it's a long drive to Columbus, but the "no headache" experience is totally worth it. Thank you. God bless Chris Spielman for honoring his wife's legacy.
