Exceptional space and location. Variety and testing, although usual for such places, are always nice. Only went with balsamic vinegars this time and my only regret is only getting a small bottle of their traditional. I have been putting it on a lot of salads lately and fear I may run out soon. Cannot wait to try their favored ones on some ice cream or salads later.

Space has a wonderful staff. Great service. Even better product. You can sample and try everything in here and find out what works best for you. You will definitely find something to make any dish that you want to make and use with. They have infused not infused you name it. They have it

A total local gem that more people should know about! Huge selection of olive oils and balsamic infused with flavors you would never even think of but so delicious. I recently went here with a Columbus Food Adventures tour and loved it. Because of that, I purchased my moms Mothers Day gift here to be shipped to her in Colorado. I think she will love it too!

Hi. Just returned from The Green Olive Company inside the North Market. First, the young lady running the store is wonderful. Very pleasant. Very fun. She was also very well acquainted with the multitude of olive oils, the vinegars and which ones paired well together. Very helpful. We bought the Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil and the Lavender Balsamic Vinegar. Yes, we taste tested ! Bottom line, go there or... buy from the site, for yourself and, buy for others. Remember, we cook with olive oil and salads need vinegar ! Great person. Great store. Great products. Great gifts. Thanks to The Green Olive Company. Bye !

I stopped by the North Market when I was in town and came across Green Olives booth. The woman working that day was very kind and knowledgeable. She recommended the Neopolitan Herb vinegar and I had to get a bottle after trying it - had a perfect balance of vinegar and subtle herb flavor. Upon leaving and returning to Pittsburgh, I realized she accidentally grabbed the wrong bottle (probably because of the great conversation). I emailed Green Olive to see if theres anything we could do to resolve this (bottle swap or mail it since Im 3 hours away). Lisa emailed me the next day and said shed send the bottle without hesitation. Just wanted to share my experience with Green Olive from the initial meeting, the vinegar itself, and the customer service: I couldnt recommend them enough.
