Not sure this is even a real company. No one answers  the phone and no one was at address the office is listed at when I drove to voice my complaint about enrolling me without a letter and over charging me. I went to report them on BBB, but it appears it's been revoked. I'm going to report them to PUCO as I believe they have violated many laws are trying to cover them up. They may have already gone out of business which would make sense. If not BEWARE, you've been warned. Pretty sure other review is a family member or employee as nobody would give this company more than a star. Should be able to award it no stars.
