Hamilton Parker did a great job installing our garage opener! Our installer arrived on time, was very nice and worked efficiently. He was very professional and did a great job! Id highly recommend using them!

We were directed here to order a gas fireplace insert for an addition. The woman we worked with didn't seem very knowledgable on fireplaces, which has led to issues later on with mantels. They only carry a few brands and products, so more product familiarity was expected. We had a scheduled appointment but she was very rushed that day. We had to track down all the correct information for our contractor, manuals for the fireplace unit, Hamilton Parker and our sales person were not helpful on that end. Install had clear communication, did take a few visits to be installed but went smoothly.

They came out last year to service my gas fireplace because it stopped lighting. The first appointment was on a Monday morning. The young guy prefaces the service call with the fact he was unable to restock the van because they were out or low on stock. So no refresh on embers and he used my glass cleaner. He replaced my wall switch with an extra wall switch I had in my garage storage. I called the company and the next appointment to correct was not satisfactory either. The fireplace only worked briefly before quitting again. I found out later that regular wall switches are not the right voltage. Something the tech should know, right? For the amount of the service call, I expected a thorough inspection and cleaning as well as a refresh. I went with Tim Burkitt Company in Hilliard this time and my fireplace looks and works like new.

Beautiful selection. Lots of choices and combinations to choose from. A much higher-end vibe with variety.
