I brought a washer and dryer set front them back in 2019! I still have it until this day only thing is it breaks down a lot and I always have to pay to get it fixed. I havent had the money to just pay for a brand new one out right yet. But it literally broke down the first time while I had a warranty, but it just kept breaking down after that. I called them and they said it was nothing they could do since I had no warranty. I had to start paying out my pocket for the repairs. I do think the set was way over priced, I was so upset when I saw that I couldve got a brand new set for the price I paid for this one including the delivery fee. Thats my fault, I shouldve looked around first before settling. I just thought because they were used, it wouldve been a lot cheaper. They have brand new sets at Best Buy the same price as this place. And your warranty can be from 3-5 years for an extra $79-$110!!! Because of what Im going through, thats a way better deal because the dryer is now broke down and I cant get it fixed until next week. Thank God I finally saved up the money to get a brand new one next pay. All Im saying is, COMPARE THEIR PRICES!!! Its no amazing deals here for some of their stuff

"new" units were clearly used with burn marks on the dryers and "used" units were rusty and smelled like mold.
