I am very thankful for the team that helped me! 7 months and 5 stores later, I finally made the purchase that I have been desiring and waiting for! I walked in a very serious buyer. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. Steven the General Manager was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and his team Darius, Bill and Omar did a tremendous job! They were honest, straight forward, very quick to listen (which is key) and most importantly willing to help me find and get the new additions to my home! I truly believed they cared more about me as a person than the actual sale! I am one happy customer!!!! Thank you for the amazing experience! - KB

        Friendly staff and easy to work with. Special ordering was easy, and I got it in about 3 weeks. However, when I got it, I realized it was the wrong color. Notified Morris, and they took care of the problem. I also purchased a mattress with the 30-day sleep guarantee (worth the extra 200). I did not like my original mattress, went it, chose another, and it was an easy process. They came and got the mattress and exchanged it for my new one.
