        Being told by our veterinarian that we could have our animal cremated and returned within a week or two as per Schoedingers lead we were looking forward to that timing. A week after his death, Schoedinger now informs us it will be 4-5 weeks. In that conversation, there was no concern and it was all business. And at the end asked for payment - that had already been made. Such a poor way to run a business especially when you are dealing with people at their most vulnerable times. I will have nothing more to do with this company! Pathetic

        Schoedinger was great to work with when planning my Uncle's funeral. They easily accommodated all our needs. We had a very nice service for him and would recommend Schoedinger Northwest to anyone.

        I was so pleased with our experience with Schoedinger Nortweat-. All of the staff were so kind and considerate throughout the entire funeral process. They were so helpful and such a blessing for our family as we dealt with the loss of a loved one.. I couldnt recommend them any more highly . Robert Bennett
