A complete joke. They are so unorganized. They are so lazy in regards to getting the children what they need. They will place a kid with a foster parent with no clothes. Or they will place a kid with a foster parent and then never check on them/ take months to provide medical insurance. They get these kids from bad situations and just move them to another bad situation. Horrible and a waste of our tax dollars. I also believe as if they need to go through cultural competency training. They had a program about black girl hair. And taking care of black girl hair and they had a white woman teaching the class. This woman also had a biracial child who did not have black hair, and she did not have a beautician license Or any experience with black girl hair. Just awful. The communication with Bair and buckeye ranch shows me that these kids are just $$. They do not work together and it ends up impacting the kids.

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. We take all feedback seriously and work hard so that our families feel supported. While a review of our records does not show the name provided as a licensed foster parent, we want to address any concerns you have. You are correct that most youth do enter the foster care system with very few personal belongings. Additionally, it can take time to get Medicaid activated. While the state requires training for both employees and foster parents in Cultural Diversity, this is an area in which we can all improve. Continuously striving for better, The Bair Foundation, Columbus.
