        Awful customer service from owner. Third time I was treated poorly. For the prices a little customer service would decent. Like to support vendors in North Market but will never return to this vendor.

        This place was a refreshing site to see inside of the North market service. Was happy to help. Everybody was smiling. The energy was high. It was a good place to see inside the North market and just seeing you know flowers inside is always good

        Visited June 2nd, 2023 Great: I went to purchase birthday cards. They have a great selection of generic and funny cards. I chatted with the lady running the stall and she mentioned the mini-super anniversary, so I went there afterwards to support them. The lady surprised me with a free, beautiful, and simple bouquet of bloomed pink roses. She was super sweet! Good: not applicable. Bad: nothing bad that I experienced.

      We are sorry to hear of your continued disappointment with our service and pricing. Actually I was away from the shop during your recent visit and you were served by a well trusted and appreciated employee. Perhaps she did not explain fully why we could not offer free home delivery for your selected $12 cash and carry bouquet. We provide a very popular weekly flower subscription program to several condominiums in the downtown area (yours included). It involves a prepaid monthly commitment of $60-$75 ($15/week). We hand make all the bouquets on site, package them for delivery, label with recipients name, and provide a master checklist for the condo concierge. Adding in your random $12 bouquet last minute could cause problems and does not seem fair to the customers who have committed to a month of service. She did offer you free delivery that day, but commented that this could only be a one time service. It was obvious that you were not pleased and we are sorry to lose your business. We do hope you continue to support our fellow merchants at the North Market.
