Levi's 4 Floors

We have been loyal customers of Levi's Floors for years for remodeling projects in 2 different homes, however this time was different, due communication with the salesperson, Mike Wiley. For example, pricing for the wood flooring we selected was not transparent and the estimate was much higher in price than discussed (the price was twice what we discussed). He mentioned several price levels for the same product (for repeat retail customers and contractors), but never told us what level we were receiving? Mr. Levi's name was mentioned several times related to the pricing, implying we were receiving some kind of deal, but that was never explained, making the comment misleading. The whole process felt very unclear. Mike continued applying pressure to make the sale by calling us for several weeks after it was obvious we were not purchasing the flooring. We went to another local flooring company and received a better price for a higher quality product. This is an honest review meant for corrective criticism.

Levi's 4 Floors recently installed some LVT in our guest bathroom. The entire process was very simple, and communication with Neil was good. Our installers showed up on time with nice advance notice and completed the job within hours. I was very satisified with the quality of the install work, and feel we received a quality product at a good price. We will use Levi's 4 Floors for our next flooring install project.

Mike Wiley, and the team of men that installed our carpet, did a great job. We replaced all carpet on our upper and lower levels. We are pleased with the service, follow up, and overall experience.

Levis 4 Floors sells quality carpeting and their staff is extremely knowledgeable of their products and the installation process. They made it so easy to select our carpeting, schedule for measurement and installation. We worked with Neil at the Polaris Parkway location in Columbus, Ohio and highly recommend him. Installation crew was on-time, courteous, respectful of our home and property and completed the job to our satisfaction. We will definitely be repeat customers! Highly recommend using Levis 4 Floors for all your flooring needs.
