        Both my kids, now 17 and 15, have been going to OAP for a few years. There is not doubt that OAP training has helped them in their own athletic journeys. Not only in strength training but training which helps to avoid injury. The crew at OAP are top notch professionals. Highly recommend OAP!

        Ohio Athletic Performance has been the greatest thing to happen to me. They have taught me more then I could explain. They have put me at my peak and we are still going up. The people and staff are people I could never thank enough.

        Although I have only been at OAP for 2 months, it has really helped me develop as an athlete. I have seen improvements on the field and off the field, developing more speed and strength. Everyone there is super helpful and supportive and have helped me so much.
