        Absolutely worst customer service imaginable. I need to make changes to my account and no one will return my emails or phone calls. Avoid this branch at all cost.

        Amazing customer service and great historical success with their clients.  I have been investing through NWML for maybe six years now?  Gosh, it doesn't seem like it could be that long.  I have a wonderful relationship with my agent (Ryan Johnson, you can search for him from the corporate site).  I will be honest, I do not understand investing at the level in which I should.  That's why I work with Ryan.  At each meeting, he explains where my money is and where it will be a different stages in my life. I learned that at my age, and stage in life,I can be riskier than I would have chosen to be on my own.  Whenever I get worried about what my investments are doing, or if I simply have a question, Ryan will help immediately, and probably schedule a meeting just to clarify (again, because I need repetition when it comes to numbers).  I know I am not a top customer, I simply don't have the money to be one, but I am most certainly treated like one.
