        I wouldnt rate them any stars the manager here that worked tonight has a bad attitude lazy and customer service sucks . I made her aware of it as she didnt think I heard the things she was saying to the other woman that worked the drive thru tonight .

        6/12/2023 NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN 4 YEARS!!!! I decided I didn't want to cook and decided to try Popeyes Thinking hey it's been 4 years things could have changed.... WRONG!!! Still rude and disrespectful!!! No one was in front of me, placed my order online.... and still had to wait 23 minutes. They ask you to pull forward so it don't mess up there wait time.... Then get an attitude because I'm asking what's the delay of food I ordered 30 minutes before hand!!!! Don't waste your time here!!!! I even called because if I had gotten on my car it would have been bad!!! They picked up the phone and hung up on me each time. What rate customer service they have 2 offer!!!! and I mean this very sarcastically!!! My food wasn't ever hot!!! UGH..... Originally posted Summer 2019 - Rude... the supervisor finished his cigarette, then came in the restaurant to get my food... smh .. nope, not returning.
