Invoicing procedure was a complete mess; was given multiple disorganized quotes and then charged for several thousand dollars more than quoted. Equipment not only showed up several days late, but I wasted an entire day waiting for the equipment to be delivered on the agreed upon day because no one called to notify me that the delivery would not be made on schedule. Their pick-up crew also mistakenly took scaffold that belonged to our company and has yet to return it. The billing department also wrongly charged us for "missing equipment", which has happened before (total scam). I pay all the bogus invoices against my will thinking that will get this situation off my plate, and then come to find out this morning they filed a NOF to the job which is now holding up payment to my company from the General Contractor until I pay TNT the extra $4,000 they misquoted me originally and are now using to hold our payments hostage. Sales rep was a guy named Dan, who I really liked until he turned out to be a complete snake in the grass, total "used car salesman" of the equipment rental world. Obviously wont be working with TNT again...
