I've rented an awful lot of cleaning equipment of all types and power equipment from Big forklifts and cranes on down to tiny carpet cleaners. But never have I been nickel and dimed for 10 minutes or 15 minutes quite like by these people. I would not recommend them to anybody. They actually gave us less than 24 hours on our rental because their schedule dictated it. They also dropped off earlier than we had asked which meant we lost even more time and then came back to pick up before 24 hours had even elapsed. 24 hours in the middle of the day that is.
The equipment was functional but no rental company should ever be giving you less than 24 hours and then blaming you for it. One star.
