Tech Elevator Columbus

I chose Tech Elevator because I knew graduates of the program were getting placed into jobs. I didn't expect the program to give such a breadth of knowledge from coding knowledge to skills for getting you into a job. Staff helps with crafting resumes, behavioral interview practice, technical interview practice, elevator pitches, and they even put you face to face with companies hiring tech roles. As far as coding goes, the instructors teach students full stack programming and answer every question asked, even those beyond the curriculum of the program. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a stepping stone into the world of tech.

I am entering with an Associate's degree in Software Development from C-State. To be honest, I didn't feel comfortable claiming that I could program. However, within just two weeksyes, TWO WEEKSI was able to grasp and comprehend coding more than during my entire two years in college. Thank you, Tech Elevator; you guys rock! With that being said, I did find the statistics for Tech Elevator a bit off. The job placement seems pretty low, at least for this period in time. I am looking forward to experiencing the year-long follow-up for alumni and hopefully witnessing more of my peers securing jobs. Overall high reviews for Tech Elevator. I can confidently say I am a Software Developer.

Tech Elevator exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The program's structured curriculum, coupled with hands-on projects, provided a comprehensive learning experience. The supportive community fostered collaboration, making the challenging journey enjoyable. The career support services, including resume workshops and employer connections, were instrumental in my successful transition into the tech industry.

Tech elevator was an overall great experience. The curriculum focused on important skills that helped me grow as a developer. The staff was incredible. I was in Steve Carmichaels Java class. The course was challenging but Steve made lectures engaging and made sure to stress the most important details, and made sure my classmates and I felt comfortable asking questions and were keeping up with the content. Aside from the technical aspects the boot camp also made sure to stress the importance of networking and finding a job. Coming into the program, I was much more stressed about this side of the program, but after going through the program I am incredibly grateful to all the pathway directors. I felt more comfortable marketing myself as a job candidate and would not have found a job without the pathway program.
