Generation Tux

Don't bother scheduling an appointment here, it's a complete waste of time. The employee that was in the showroom when I walked in didn't seem to have any knowledge that I had an appointment (despite me getting a call to confirm my appointment), and also didn't seem to know the answers to any of the questions I asked. The only thing this employee did while I was there was show me where the blue colored suits were and log into an ipad for me, there was no amount of guiding through really much of anything that I was kind of expecting from booking an appointment. Another employee came out of a back room that was helpful and was able to answer questions, but after she went to the back of house again, all the other employee had me do was sit on a couch, sign into my generation tux profile, and finish filling out my fit profile on an ipad while she just scrolled on her phone. When I asked about the 20% discount advertised on the website for scheduling an appointment during the month of March, the employee told me I "probably already have that discount" since I have a wedding party of 6, but there's no indication a 20% discount is applied anywhere when I look to checkout online, and it isn't really an "exclusive discount" for booking an appointment if everyone supposedly gets that discount simply for having a large enough wedding party. Unless you really want to see the whole suit you have in mind in person rather than just the free swatches you can get online, don't bother booking an appointment here.
