Jack was instrumental in turning a difficult situation into a more reasonable outcome. He was always very easy to reach (even while he was on vacation!) via phone, text or email. Most importantly--his main concern was for the welfare of the child and how the divorce would affect the child. He is an excellent child advocate. Overall, Jack is a very caring and kind person and he really knows his business.

Jack, I wrote this note the day after we received confirmation that my sister had received her first spousal support payment, two days after I had helped her move into her new home the culmination of a process that began over two years earlier. You will not be surprised to hear that I thought twice before committing to your fee structure but in retrospect the investment was worth every penny and then some. From the beginning you took a holistic approach to serving her, by working with her counselor, by bringing in a financial advisor, and by keeping me posted on developments throughout the process so that I and the rest of our family could try to provide her with the emotional support she needed. And then through the arduous and often frustrating journey that followed you kept a steady hand on the helm. Right up to the end when you closed the settlement deal at the eleventh hour with the judge waiting in the next room to start the trial, not once did I see even a hint of quit in you. I know that you have been a competitive athlete throughout your life, I think baseball was your game. Something tells me that you would be good at the marathon as well. The result you obtained for her was better than either of us could have hoped for when we hired you. Thank you for a job well done.
