I had a lot of things taken care of today, and although the dentist had some difficulty, not his fault, he was pleasant and professional. I'm grateful that, after healing, I will be back to normal. Hopefully, Ohio Medicaid won't take forever and allow me to get a new bottom partial plate.

In December I went because I had a filling that fell out. They took an x-ray and told me they were going to do a root canal. I filled out all the paperwork since they gave me an appointment for February. Appointment that due to work reasons I had to cancel and postpone until today, March 21, I will fill out all the paperwork online or show up half an hour early, which I did and told him that the paperwork was ready. I think the doctor was not there or was treating someone else. Because at that time they told me that they could not treat me until they verified that the insurance company could cover the obvious cost, I filed a formal complaint with DEVOTED HEALTH INSURANCE and with DELTA DENTAL MA PPO. On the part of the receptionists, the WORST SERVICE in my life. I still don't know about the dentist, even the other half of my molar has already fallen out, now only the root remains. . I stopped working because I had an appointment, if I don't go they will fine me, I went and they didn't attend to me. Are they going to pay me what I stop earning because of their incompetence?
