Would not recommend at all, first I was blamed for chewing gum for a broken bracket but I didnt chew any gum. Then when I got my braces off my retainer wasnt ready. My retainer didnt fit and I called and told them and nothing was solved. After my teeth shifted from my retainer not fitting, they blamed me and tried to get me to pay $800 for a new one.

Made this review 4 years ago and going here was a complete waste of time. Brackets kept falling off while I had my braces. Gum swelled up that I needed two sets of retainers and when I needed another they told me they wouldnt make me one, so my teeth ended up going back to where they were before the braces so what was the point of the braces then ?? I ended finding the cause of the gum swelling but Im confused on why couldnt they figure out why. I would recommend going else where honestly

Called me 20 min before my 2nd appointment and told me theyre not accepting transfers. After weve spent half a tank of gas and about an hour driving here. Didnt even give us a day notice.
