Dr. Lindsey and the staff were amazing from the first call to post surgery for my son's wisdom teeth extraction. On surgery day we met with the entire medical team. Dr. Lindsey talked to me post op and assured me that if I had any concerns not to hesitate to have him paged. My son had very little swelling, no bruising, and minimal pain. The whole experience was fantastic. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I was a patient and had good previous experiences, but todays office visit ruined the relationship, primarily due to one person, Tracie, the office manager. The simple solution for me as a patient is to provide a privacy policy. If you are concerned with guarding your Social Security number, I do not feel comfortable recommending them. Update for the owners response: I did not want a doctor to come out to explain what the office manager couldnt; that was brought up to me as the only way to explain security for protecting sensitive information. Again, simply providing the requested privacy policy would have ended my inquiry and made me feel comfortable that the practice is in compliance. As I was led through the office, I saw sensitive information on everyones desk. Not secure. I had an appointment at 8:30 AM. The doctor certainly could have reviewed my concerns but chose not to. It would have diffused the situation with Tracie. If requesting protection for my Social Security number makes me difficult, many individuals will find your practice difficult. I was rescheduled four times before I ended up with todays appointment. The office staff is not on the same page regarding scheduling. One would call to schedule, and another would cancel- twice. I will find another periodontist who values security, concern for the patient, and customer service. Every medical office Ive ever been to has provided a privacy policy upon request.

Absolutely terrific practice! Dr. Lindsey made me feel very much at ease for my wisdom tooth extraction. After the surgery, I was in very little pain and there was virtually no swelling whatsoever! I cannot recommend them enough to anyone in the columbus area
