City Kids Daycare Downtown

If you want to know what really goes on in a daycare when you're not there, read employee reviews, not just client reviews.  A day care may have improved or deteriorated with staff turnover, which can be frequent in this line of work.  Select "most recent," if it defaults to "most popular." Reviews may concern staff who aren't even there anymore, plus the companies can't delete bad reviews, but they can artificially bump positive ones to the top with insider upvotes.

Both of my children have been at City Kids since they were 3 months old, one is now 3.5 and the other 1.5 yrs old. The staff at City Kids is just amazing and lead by their awesome director Ms Juliet. I have 150% confidence and trust in them and feel like they love my children as much as I do. My son literally runs into their arms every morning at drop off. Other centers boast high tech and state of the art facilities, but when it comes to caring for my child I look at the people watching over them, and this group is THE BEST. Thank you City Kids!

Our Daughter started City Kids When she was 2 months old she is now starting Kindergarten. Everyone are more than just staff and Teachers they are now Family. After her last day they even asked how her first day at a new School went. I can't say enough about everyone there. The first day scary, the last sad. If you are looking for a caring, loving, and more than just daycare center City Kids is the one. Thank you doesn't express how much I love my now extended family.

This is an absolutely fantastic daycare! The director keeps the school very well organized and there is really good communication with the parents. We always felt like we knew everything that was going on with our child, and who to talk to if there was ever an issue. The school is also on the smaller side, so we quickly got to know all of the teachers and staff. They really made us feel like part of the family. There also seemed to be very low turnover in staff compared to other daycares, which is certainly a testament to how well run the place is. The teachers were very experienced, and some of the most loving and caring people we've come across in our childcare experience. It was really amazing to be able to drop our son off every day knowing that the person with him truly loved him.
