Eric and the team over at Secure Data were of the utmost help and assistance when I had an issue with a work HDD. Not only were they extremely responsive when I reached out with questions, but they were also fantastic at following up and making sure I knew what to do at every step of the process. Oh! And yes, they recovered everything! There was a moment where I even needed a specific file right away and they sent it over no problem. There is always someone to pick up the phone and everyone I spoke to over the course of a few months was as nice as can be. Will definitely look to this team for any future hiccups data-wise (but let's hope that doesn't happen!). Thanks again Secure Data!

What an easy and stress free process! My rep Eric did such a great job! He walked me through every single step and helped me understand what exactly the problems were with my hard drive. He was so patient with me as I didnt always answer emails in a timely manner and never gave up on reaching out to me to ask if I was ready for the next step! I appreciated his tenacity greatly and I appreciate having all my stuff back in one place even more ;) I would highly recommend Eric and Secure Data Recovery to anyone with a corrupted hardrive.
